For almost 100 years, the Greater Kalamazoo United Way (GKUW) has partnered with individuals, companies, organizations, foundations, members of organized labor and area health and human service providers to advance the common good in Kalamazoo County. 

Kalamazoo County has a long legacy of philanthropy and continues to be arguably one of the most philanthopic-minded communities in the country. We are grateful to all of our supporters who so generously give of their time, talents and resources. We could not do our work without you. Together, we are improving lives and our community. 

A community of connected individuals, all people, united and working together for the benefit of all, is at the heart of what GKUW represents. GKUW recognizes that we are all part of something greater, and that a tear anywhere weakens the entire social fabric.
